I had to pay 600 for visa and I just read a review below, there is a lady have to pay 600 aed for adult visa and 400 aed for a child visa. It is overpriced ,when I asked travel agencies and got information from Vietnam MOFA, it is around 50 USD ( approximately 185 aed) only ( 25 usd for invitation letter + 25 usd for visa stamp) for my nationality.

ALWAYS picks up the phone. As I had to travel from Dubai, I called several times. Every time I called, they patiently replied all my queries.
Almost all taxi drivers knows the location. Go with a hotel booking and ticket and you will get a visa in 10 minutes. The best consulate staff I have ever seen. Normal tourist visa is Aed 400 per person, so carry enough cash.

Its wonderful experience at Vietnam embassy, Abu Dhabi.
You need your original passport & Emirates ID, Flight booking and Hotel Booking. Keep AED 600/- with you for visa cost for single entry, AED 700/- for multiple entries. You just need to fill form there and it took only half an hour for visa issuance. Parking outside building is available. Better to go 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Thanks.response / report this review -

For tourist visa take with you your flight bookings and preferably hotel bookings (but I didn't have any, they still granted me the visa), along with your passport and photos. Take lots of cash because the visa costs 600dhs for an adult and 400dhs for a child!!! It's crazy expensive!! I didn't have cash so drove to the ADNOC to withdraw, which isn't far at all. And by the time I was back, it was done. Easy as that. Can't wait to visit Vietnam!response / report this review -

We had been to the Vietnam embassy in the UAE this month. We went to apply for a Vietnam tourist visa. The forms were available at the office which were to be filled and submitted at the same point. A cash of AED 1,100 for 2 of us was paid to the officer. We got our visa stamped within less than half an hour. Photograph was not required. The staffs were very friendly.
