Very busy location however it is quite easy to find, parking is quite easy to find as well. Pet zone has items for every pet that you can think of. I easily found items for my cat that I wouldn’t be able to find at other clinics or pet stores. This branch even has clothes and toys for your pet. Absolute pet heaven!

Very bad experience with grooming ..not equipped properly especially for small breeds ..
using bery old tools n no soft nail file to finish the job properly.. after he cut the nails they were still a sharp .. i asked him to make it smooth so i dont get scratched he said when he walks it will b ok ..
Well i didnt go to grooming place to have it done sharp .. i can then do it at home .. also he was holding my puppy from the neck with both hands while another one cuts the nail
I had to correct him n say dont hold him from the neck from the body
He didnt accept feedback n said im the first one to complain

PETZONE HAS VAST VARIETY OF PRODUCTS FOR DOGS ,CATS ,BIRDS ,FISH AND REPTILES. THE HAVE HEALTHY FISH AND GOOD AQUARIUM DECORATIONS. VERY HELPFUL STAFF. PRICES ARE A BIT HIGH BUT IT IS WORTH IT . I RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE ONE.

If I could give them a zero I would. Zero customer care, would lie and blame you for their bad products.
Bought cat litter from them and after a week the litter box had worms(I clean it every four days). They told me to check up on my cat and if the cat was fine I’d get my refund. Cat was fine and got screamed at by their staff and got called a lier.response / report this review -

I have bought 3 birds from there one was fine but we returned to get two new ones but the two new ones that they claimed were fine ended up giving my mum pneumonia and she was in the hospital for a month. Also my brother bought 2 small turtles from there but they both died in under 2 weeks.

Staff is not co-operative no one is answering properly we went there in search of spray millet They are completely unaware about the term and even they are not ready to ask for the same in their other branch. They are only entertaining the customers who come there in search of products they have. Even they are not ready to say that they don't have such product with them. Disgusting Very disappointed with the staff.

I buy my pet food from Petzone, I always look around and they are always out of things. No cleaner fish, no great collection of fish. And definitely not the best place to groom you pet, they should work better on their hygiene
