  Evren though the building is a bit old, but its very well maintained by all means. Personally I would not rent there because the owner and his rental office treatment are very bad. they have charges that are not supposed to be there, and they are not flexible at all, they are only looking to take your money. Its very bad administration. The rent is not cheap compared to the market price in Ajman.

  Residential tower, very bad treat from the maintenance office , if you want to vacate the apartment before end of contracting period. You will meet too much of money loss.

  a clean building but most of them have company offices. I personally would not live in this place. for me it is very inconvenient in terms of location. And this is not considered an elite area

  Clean building with outstanding view of Ajman Cornishe and the small white villas in Sharjah. Looking at the sky nd sun set colours is breathtaking.

  I love this building, this place and it's surrounding area, I have so much beautiful memories of this building and it's residents.
  
  I hope one day I will have a flat here.

  Building looks good.. but couldn't find any security guard outside.. having a sad reception.. but there are cameras around so would be safe to stay.
