I was really impressed by their website, but unfortunately once I emailed them 3 times ( and called) I got a reply claiming they had replied 3 times. Email was curt and really was all about the money. Never got a response from my 2 replies. Very disappointing. We have been able to get our puppy from someone else, who was responsive, and is guiding us through this very important and life changing journey. Costumer service is everything, not just a good website. Something for this company to bear in mind.

We always take our cat here for grooming. She is a long-haired, very fluffy cat. These are really great groomers who have a good way with the animals. Today we sent our cat in and after an hour and a half she came out quite happy with short hair - it is all very even, not clumpy, expertly done. Glendy did an amazing job and we are all much happier with less shedding and less cleaning and hairballs for our cat. She looks amazing and smells fab.

Hello i was reading the reviews and so impressed, this is actually the first non scam or horrible company i have actually found. There was even a company wich beat there dogs and bred them from puppy mills and i ALMOST bought from them. this has brought me so much joy knowing i cant give up the search for a puppy just yet.

The team that grooms the cats is just amazing! They are very gentle with the fur babies and put the cats' well-being first. We used to take our cats for grooming to the vet and they always insisted on sedating the cats, but not with this team. Highly recommended!

exceptional pet shop, clean, pets are happy and looked after, and most notably all information about puppy’s breeder is present with nothing left in the dark (not like other pet shops)

Disgusting place. If you treated my dog like i saw this place treating a dog i would hurt you the same. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE IF YOU CARE FOR IT . I truly hope there are better places who care in Dubai. Heart breaking . I didnt get my dog groomed there I went in to check. I told the groomer to stop hurting the dog , I was told to get out of the store....oh and i have it on video thanks.....I know what store i was in
