They have stopped stocking dry dog food, not sure how they can class themselves a pet shop if they don't sell the basics!

Very bad service, I called to book an appointment and the lady didn't care about it, she told that she couldn't hear me and cut the phone on me, i called again and she did the same thing.

Purchased a new puppy at a different location. Searched on the internet for a pet supply store and I came across Petland Megastore. Drove over and brought my new puppy along. As soon as I walked in the store Jacky was there to greet the costumers. I asked her couple of questions about my new puppy. She was really helpful and she was able to answered all the questions and concerns I had. She's a very knowledgeable individual. I left at easy because she was able to answer all the questions I had regarding my puppy. I strongly recommend this place and I specially want to commend Jacky for her great costumer service. I wish we had her in every place we shop. She's amazing!!! Good Job Jacky!! And thanks for all your help.
