I highly recommend Pet Lounge Clinic to all pet owners. The team is efficient and professional and provides an excellent service. The vet who vaccinated my pets was friendly, kind and patient with my animals, carried out a thorough examination and ensured wormers etc were administered. I will certainly continue to use Pet Lounge Clinic in future for all my veterinary needs. As a non-practising vet, I definitely recommend others to use this practice.

Do not be misled with all the promotions and discounts that this clinic has to offer. The customer service is bad. If you have follow up concerns, it will take them ages to solve the issue or just leave you hanging. Keeps on saying that they will check with the owner until we didn’t hear from them anymore.
We brought our puppy for a vaccination + registration package. There was no proper assessment, didn’t even check the weight of my puppy, no auscultation, etc.
Since I’m a first time dog parent, I have no idea about how things work. The vet gave us wrong information about the registration. And now that I’m gonna bring my dog for travel, we found out that the microchip implanted was not registered at all. So all this time, my puppy has no identification in case we lose her.
Had a very disappointing experience. It was a lesson learned for us. 👎response / report this review -

I took both of my cats for Lion cuts and I am very happy with the service and the end result. The groomer took time to understand exactly what I wanted and showed me the different lengths of fur before going ahead. The cats looked great afterwards and were very calm and relaxed when I got them home.

Pet Lounge has saved the life of my dying old Husky puppy who was 1 month old at that time. The vet cured his disease called parvous virus by giving all the necessary shots and tablets. Thank God after 2 weeks, he's now free from the virus. Thank you Pet Lounge team for doing everything you can to save my puppy's life. I owe you big time!

Amazing place for grooming your pets ! That was the first time for my puppy and he looks so clean and fresh! The staff working there is very friendly. The service itself was very quick and everything was on time. I will definitely come back, thank you !!
