  If you are visitor to Dubai you will not be able to use this company as they will not deliver to a hotel address. For my order they didn’t even attempt a delivery because my mobile number was foreign and not on roaming. They just cancelled it. Calling customer service is waste of time. The lady talked me through exactly what I could already see by tracking the order. But made no attempt to try and assist further or fulfil the request. I guess this business is not needed or wanted.

  I never received my order and when I called they said you refused to receive your product and it was returned, so order againif you like. Seriously Amazon! You need to put your fact checked and make sure your delivery service team are doing their job.

  I ordered a few items from Amazon Prime UAE on 29 September 2020 and it was promised that the items will be delivered on 30 September 2020. But the item never came on 30th. I waited patiently for 2 days and I send an email to them. After which I received a call from them on 2nd October followed by an email to comfirm that I will receive the item on Saturday the 3rd of October 2020. It’s the 12th of October 2020 and till now I have not received the item, when I called the first time for an update they were impatient and cut the call without even saying anything, so I called a second time and cancelled the order. I simply wasted waiting patiently for the items to arrive. They never give an an update regarding what the holdup is and i am sorry to say, it’s time to make myself and all my friends and family aware that Amazon UAE is not a trust worthy brand. They don’t value their promised and we cannot trust them at all with our orders. They are not worth our time and that there are better platforms to order things online. They do not value their customers and treat them like trash.

  It’s better to shut down your UAE operations rather than spoil the goodwill you have in other countries, because no matter where I travel or live, I will think a million times before I order anything from you.

  Thanks for the AWS Technical Essentials Day arranged in a Live Classroom format. I had an amazing day, full of updates and insights about Cloud Computing and Management. Tutor was nearly perfect and had no one questions from the public unanswered! Loved this format - it helps me to make a deep dive into exact solutions provided and keep my ducks in a row :)
