My 21 month toddler loves visiting Magic planet at MOE, her favourite is the bouncing section at the back. 45 diz for 30 mins and you can bounce away on various obstacles and slides. Staff are friendly considering they have to sometime put up with disrespecting children who speak to the rudely. Down side is the lack of WiFi in the center. This means even if you have the share app you cannot use it. I'm very surprised considering the mall has free WiFi yet magic planet doesn't.

Its an amazing place for every age for kids, softplay and jumping zone is quite nice.

One of the long years i have been played however some events don't worked at all or even lack updates they need replaced good arcade to change evolution forward or suggestion to arcade which one is a good one or some bad one. I wish there is good patch mechanics need required and changes to different avoid conclusion which is specific sadly its good but updates might goes missing even kids interesting safety important.

We have recently been at the Yalla Bowling in Magic Planet Mall of the Emirates, my wife, son and I. Really cool place, really nice time together. The infrastructure was great. We played one game together paying 35 AED each. Price-wise it does seem fair, but time/length-wise we wish we could play more. Overall the experience was good. Cheers.

Huge place for kids, teens and also adults to play. My daughters are still young and love, my nephew is 13 and I guarantee that it is his favorite place in whole Dubai. Mr. Nadar al Bloushi is staff there and he is the heart of that place, he is so kind and polite and friendly.

Mahmood is an extremely rude manager. My son won a soft toy prize on one of the machines on Dec 11th, 2017. However, due to the machine error, the toy was not dispensed properly. We were referred to their manager , Mahmood, who was extremely rude and provided no explaination / help. We don’t mind loosing the toy but disappointed with the manager’s behavior. He does not have the basic courtesy to talk to customers . He has a very bad attitude. He did not care to understand our problem and provided absolutely no explaination. The place should consider replacing him with someone who has the etiquette to talk to customers and can understand their problems. Shame on him !

Huge game center inside Mall of the Emirates, with games for all age groups. Enough entertainment for young children without being boring for adults. It also has a soft play area where your children can let out some energy. Expect to spend quite a bit per visit, as the cheapest games cost about 7 dirhams, with some games reaching 15. Collect tickets to exchange them for gifts.

Trampoline area is not safe for kids under 6. As management has absolutely no control over admission and as a result you will see grown a-- men and women jumping and running around. I witnessed atleast 2 kids getting bumped in the face due to over grown kids i.e. 6 feet plus, jumping alongside smaller kids

Interesting place. Entrance are not easy to found if you are walker. Connection with metro easy, if you are in front of it. Difficult to find your way.

Really expensive! u can play same games in other branch of magic planet at a lower prise a d their soft play zone has nothing to play with east of money . the only thing u can really enjoy there is the trampoline
