Takes alot of time to corodinate the book package and refund is never given.

Stationery shops had always been attracted me since childhood. The mixed odour of crayons, new pencils, paper and whatnot in the shops environment feels good to me. However, the way the schools nowadays working with stationery shops making marginsis fine. I'm not against that, it's business, I get it. But it's painful when the school sends out warnings to students for blocking access in case they haven't bought books from a certain stationery shop. I mean not everyone is privileged to buy expensive books, people can have photocopies too or in this COVID hit era, and as a result online classes, electronic copies at a low and affordable price must be made available. Why pushy to blow up money on hard copies? Makes no sense.

I advise not to order online from them. They dont have enough staff to check if order is complete before delivery and it takes forever to resolve problem on deliveries
