  Good day. I am a regular visitor and customer of VMS as you are really classy and well organized. I tried to look for a product at your deira city center branch but could not find it there. I was wondering if there is a way to know if you have the product available, without me travelling to other VMS branches. I had purchased this product from the UK few years ago and I was informed by a friend that you will have it since it is UK brand. I need reusable white sheets for writing and presentations. It is better than using flip charts and wasting paper. the UK brand is called magic reusable whiteboard sheets and it comes in a roll of 10 or 20 sheets. Kindly let me know if you have it available at your sharjah sahara center branch. thank you.

  Hi, i just want to complain about what your staff did to us. a very rude staff name Anas Al Haj. staff on Virgin Megastore Sahara Centre branch. the incident was on December 2, 2016 around 6:50 pm. me and my cousin went to virgin megastore to check if they have a canon dslr battery because i need to have a spare battery for my camera. we saw our cousin there as she was also staff and working there and then i ask her if they have a battery and she told me wait i will ask the other staff and she ask another guy(i think he's name starts with H,couldn't remember properly),then he said that they don't have a battery for canon only they have is camera. So after that one of my cousin also ask the the lady staff (who is our cousin) if how much the wireless mouse. After she said the price that was the time we end conversation on her and we go around on the store to check other stuff after a few minutes the lady staff (who is my cousin) told us that to just leave the store because the In charge told her why she was talking to us a long time. and i was wondering why he need tell that to her and i don't know what was the problem on that. She was working on sales so it was the first move to talk to the customer. So ask if i can talk to the In charge and ask him what was the problem on that your staff don't allow to talk to us and he told me that i need to talk to her (who is my cousin) outside the store if we want to talk to her. So i am wondering are the virgin megastore allow the staff to sale or work outside the store? so i ask him what was he's name and he let me saw he's name on the badge. The name was Anas Al Haj written on the name badge, just wearing a white T-shirt thin guy, he's not wearing the red vest like the other staff,he told me yes you can have my name but you need to go out on this store. is that was the customer treat on your store. telling your customer to GO OUT OF THIS STORE so what we did is to go out the store to prevent scandal but that time we go out and directly go to the customer service and file a complain and they said it was very wrong and they will send my complain on the mall management. please give this rude guy proper training on how to treat customer (Customer Service). so it will not happen on other customer thank you so much

  I purchased one CD- PS4 for my son on 16-9-2016 at night and it was not suitable for him and when I asked them for change next day evening they did not guide me and they lost my receipt invoice and dialed with me unprofessionally , I will not deal with Virgin any more!?
  I will complain to the related Government Authorities , not for money but for miss guiding me and trying to purchase the same CD of half price and they said it was sealed but it was not and no booklet inside.
