Whoever books through them, please ensure that you have everything in writing. One Mr. Paul, we were dealing with, did not follow up a change in the quote of the hotel. And later denied that we had infact requested for the change 'coz it was all through telecom. We were naive enough to trust the agency and later were billed for triple occupancy, when our requirement was of only a King Size bed. We were virtually threatened by some associate of Mr. Paul) if we did not pay up 'coz the hotel had already invoiced the agency. Finally, they let go of their profit but we had to cough up the rest of the money. Such harassment from a so called reputed agency in Dubai was unexpected and came as a rude shock. It put a dampener on my entire Dubai experience.
