  I had an amazing birthday party thank you amazon dhow tours for making it great ! For me as well as my guests ! And food was also amazing. We danced and grooved on the amazing music played by your dj and also had an amazing experience dancing with the tanura dancer ! Keep it up

  We showed up for a 26 person group excursion on the Al Faris boat. When our group arrived at 730pm (our booking was for 8:00pm) we were forced to wait for another boat. When the new boat arrived we were forced to wait some more. Eventually we were sent to another much smaller boat the Llama Dubai. Keep in mind that prior to booking we looked at the floor plan to make sure our party would sit together as we were celebrating a birthday. We booked with Amazon tours for that specific reason. On the Llama Dubai we were split up. It was very disorganized and we had to argue our case just so the guest can be together. We were not the only unhappy customers on the boat, other passengers were upset as they were dealing poor service as well. Passengers can be seen arguing with the crew. The whole boat reeked of diesel fumes and should have been decommissioned years ago. The food on the Al Faris boat had to be moved to our boat and they used an unrefrigerated flat bed truck to transport the food to Llama Dubai. During unloading they used the seawall as a staging area and left the food exposed to the elements. I will try to attach/post pictures of the mishandling of food.
  
  The boat finally left the dock at 9:00pm to start the cruise. We were scheduled to leave at 8pm!!!
  
  The only positive thing about trip was the entertainment. The guy did a spin dance and that was cool.
  
  I do not recommend Amazon tours for being disorganized, having poor customer service and overbooking due to greed. This led to ignoring basic safety protocol as evident in the boat Llama Dubai. i.e. diesel fumes, heavy listing when people moved about the boat indicating boat was overloaded, old condition.
  
  So far the best dhow cruise I have experienced was with Alpha Tours. They are a bit more expensive but I'd rather pay more for a good experience.
