Best place to work.
It promotes healthy work culture.
Has Efs Gourmet at ground level where Indian delicacies are served. The ambience is good with excellent service.
The staff are friendly and customer centeric.
The presentation of food adds more weight to the overall ratings.

I recently received a service from this company and there communication was an absolute disaster. It took Three days for the technician to come at last, only for him to say sorry the service is outside our field. I tried to communicate with the company about the issues, but their customer service was non-existent. The staff was unhelpful, and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in making excuses and avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, my complaints were ignored and I was left with a service that was never done. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest finding a more reliable and competent service provider. The lack of care for their customers and the poor quality of their work is unacceptable and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
Facts:
1- it took them two years to bring an intercom, as mine was never working since I
Moved to this apartment.
2- It took them three days just to send a technician while they say we’ll call you within the hour.

I was called for an interview for expo 2020 vacancies so after waiting for 1 week they call us for briefing and to collect offer letter well after wasting successfully 7 hours they give me offer letter with less salary. I inform them about the discussion we had when I came for the interview and agreed upon a certain salary. They ask me to wait and called Sruti from the HR department. Sruti agreed with me on the increment and ask me to think and let her know next following day. So the next day I called her and inform her that I am ready to accept the offer we agreed upon. She told me she will email me an offer letter and I can sign and reply no need to come to the office. No reply from her and I called them they simply said sorry we cannot increase the salary. Seriously, u guys think it's a joke calling people wasting time. I wish I can report them no idea how they going to handle expo 2020.

It seems like a remote area, totally out of reach if you are using public transport. You will be lucky to find a taxi in that near by area
