  This is, by far, the WORST garage I have ever visited in Dubai and the UAE. It was allocated to my by my insurance. After 2 months and 5 days, the car is still not fixed!! I have had to take it back to them 4 times to fixe things (bumper cracked , poor paint job, new dents, installing wrong way door knobs or even windows not working) that, because of the little attention to detail and lack of expertise, have been done wrong. Poor follow up with the costumer and a lot of excuses. would NOT recommend this place ever. UPDATE: After a more through examination of the car, I found out that the paint job has multipe flaws, the undercarriage pannels have been damaged when removed and, or not fixed, or fixed with zip ties, scrwes are missing, found zip ties loos in the engine bay, really close to the belts a mess. On top of it, called the manager of the garage and ended up screaming to me because I raised a complaint to the Insurace about the quality of the work. Bravo

  The best service I have experienced in a garage by far. Ask for Sowgandh - he took the time to explain every single detail to me. He was clear about how long the repair would take, and very flexible and accommodating when I requested it to be ready earlier. The car was returned to me on time, clean and in perfect condition. All in all it was a great experience, I highly recommend them, especially Sowgandh!

  2 terrible experiences.
  My car: Firstly they tried to remove my window tint without my permission, and charge me, but best bit is that it isn't even been done! When i finally collected, i found the glove box a dle snapped. Not only had they made no attempt to fix, but also weren't honest to tell me. Luckily I had a witness to prove it was not broken on arrival.
  My husband's car: Unfortunately sent there with insurance company. Took 3 weeks to repair, and when we picked up a huge part of the gear stick was missing leaving a hole to the chassis. They blame the tow company and with no prove otherwise we are left with the hole.
  Not only are they incompetent, they can't even be honest when they make a mistake.

  Had to fix the rear bumper after accident. The option provided by Oman insurance. Took them 2 weeks and 4 repaints to match silver colour to finally match the original paint. Could still see paint droplets on parking sensor rings but had to accept as it was taking too long.
  
  Staff are friendly and cooperative, but I won't vouch for their quality of workmanship.

  They do a neat job on to your car to fix it. But you have to be careful to see if they do not leave any hidden spots. Especially if you are getting your bumpers fixed, you need to be alert if they paint behind the number plates.
