I came in with cement on my car after having parked close to a construction site and I was in complete panic as it already hardened. Adel, the owner of Crystal Shine Car Care, personally took a look and knew exactly what to do. He reassured me my car is fixable. I picked up the car the next morning and I swear it looked like a brand new car I drove it out the showroom two years ago. The body work and shine was immaculate and the inside detailing was honestly next level.
I am really greatful that they were able to help me and get it done in half a time. I highly recommend Crystal Shine Car Care to anyone and everyone.

Magnificent help and amazing friendliness. Adel is a very inviting host and has fabricated a decent notoriety thought extraordinary client care and brilliant work. We had our Mini Cooper definite and steam cleaned alongside tinting and gouge care. Couldn't prescribed this spot enough. Much obliged to you for an extraordinary activity

I wanted to write this review after having received what is probably the best customer experience I have had in my 8 years of living in Dubai.
I took my 2017 Dodge Charger Hellcat for paint correction and full ceramic coating, the car looks amazing.
Adel is very hands on and knew every detail on my car, having only had it for a short time. He is an honest, true gent and a pleasure to work with.
Professional work carried out by a highly skilled team.
This high level of quality service is not always available in Dubai, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adel and his team.

I'm a bit late in giving this review. Suffice to say the car came back from a ceramic coating looking immaculate. Maybe it was the showroom lighting in the room where they present the final product, but the car looked like it was coated in glass. I didn't even want to drive it for awhile. Adel, the owner, really takes enormous pride in his work and does not cut corners when it comes to his product. Also always reachable in case of any queries or follow up care. Superb.

My almost new car had epoxy metal spray paint damage on it from a careless construction site. Millions of tiny splatters, very hard to remove. Honestly I had my doubts anybody could remove it without damaging the underlying paint. But Adel and his team did an absolutely superb, outstanding job. True professionals. In addition, they are great, friendly to deal with. Don't trust your car to anyone else but Crystal Shine. No doubt, you won't be disappointed.

Hands down one of the best if not best detailing garage in the UAE!! My car came out brand new! Their prices are on the higher end of the scale but you pay for what you get and considering the amount of work that goes into their service it is excellent value for money. Adel and his team and very polite, professional and totally give each car the attention it deserves. Their attention to detail is bar to no other! I have detailed two car there and would not hesitate to come again.

Crystal-Shine are without doubt one of the best car detailing companies I have been to. The repair to my wheel rim was nothing short of amazing considering the damage and the paint treatment was well worth the money.
All I can say is that there are cheaper places, but you will be disappointed (buy cheap - buy twice). Professional, polite, no nonsense and a superb service.response / report this review -

I'm not one to write online reviews but I felt compelled to in the case of Crystal Shine. I first visited CS when I arrived in Dubai and was looking for a car detailing shop. I met Adel, the owner, and was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the entire operation. The shop was clean and well laid out - a telltale sign of a well run business. In the months since, I've actually met and had a coffee with Adel's father, another gentleman. My last visit to CS was due to an accident that caused some body damage to the vehicle. Adel appraised the damage himself and laid out what it would take to repair it. If you need work done to your vehicle, whether it be detailing, body work, or other vehicle related issues - give Adel a call. You won't regret it.

Adel and his team does an amazing job on all of his work. He’s worked his magic on several of my family’s cars. He personally handles each client and car that comes into the shop. His shop is also by far the cleanest and well organized I’ve seen. He may not be the cheapest in Dubai but the work is well worth it. Some of the work he’s done includes rim repair, dent removal, soft top refurbishment, body painting. All of it has been great. See picture for the before and after of one of my wheels.

I got the ceramic package done in September and I have to say I am blown away. I did not post a review initially when I got it done because I wanted to see the results after a few months but I have to say even today after 4 months it was the best decision I made with my car.
Earlier I never had the luxury of my car being placed in the front at hotels, the valet used to take it away and park it inside. After this they ensure that my car is in front with all the cool cars by themselves. Mine is the Jaguar XF blue color. Thank you for this amazing finish and Crystal Shine has amazing service, they really know what they are doing and how to handle your car with care, especially if you are a car fanatic.response / report this review -

I highly recommend Crystal Shine to anyone who is planning to renew their car or sell it. The owner is the most professional business man in Dubai, he sticks to what he promises and the price is very convenient. I personally had to sell my car which had some major aesthetical defects and he managed to make it new in only 2 days. Crystal Shine cleaned all the interior (which had lots of stains on the seats) and they even managed to fix some scratches at the front. The result was awesome, the car was freshly painted, clean and shiny, ready to be sold!! I managed to sell the car in only 4 days thanks to them. The owner even came to pick me up since I could not find the right location!! Crystal Shine is the best service for your car you can find in Dubai.

I came to Adel and his team with a deep scratch in the bonnet of my Mercedes, the result of an over-eager car wash attendant. The dealer said a re-spray was needed and quoted quite a large sum. Adel and his father were very kind and careful, indeed the scratch was so deep it could not be completely removed without a re-spray, but Adel warned if I sold the car the purchaser would spot the re-spray and be suspicious the car had been in an accident, removing $$$ from the value. He believed he could polish most of the scratch out, and that coating the paintwork would mean the scratch was even less visible but still there so no miracle could be worked. I also had a ding in a wheel rim from reversing out into a stone which they could remove. Adel was careful not to overpromise.
I don't know why, as the result is a like-new car and he is the only one who can still find the scratch! The interior leather is like new, and they must have spent hours opening the roof (it is a cabriolet) step by step to get at each of the nooks and crannies.
All through it Adel was politeness and professionalism itself, he even had me driven home in his own car while the work was done!
I think the person who was even more pleased was Adel, who cooed over the car like it was his own. Real pride in his work and team.response / report this review -

He took time to explain everything that would be done on my vehicle , was able to answer my questions and gave me confidence to leave my vehicle with him. Amazing job has been done and great service! I took my car to Crystal Sine Car Care, met the owner Adel who is such a gentle man. He took a look at my car, and gave me a very hones suggestion. after 1 Day, i picked up my car almost "brand new"! they are very focus on details, and also use very good product, it doesn't leave any chemical smells after clean the car!

I contacted Crystal Shine Car care after my headliner showed significant signs of wear. After advising Adel that I was also looking at selling the car he shared the best way to present car for sale from rim repair to a complete valet. I took his advice. The car looks and smells brand new. Recommend to anyone for headliner repair or anyone looking to give their car the edge over the completion when it's time to sell.

Adel and his team have really exceeded my expectations. I took my Wrangler for a full valet and am very picky with detail. The car was in a bit of a state as the previous owner had dogs. The inside was stained and smelly. I only had the car a day or two and couldn't stand it any longer, so I booked Adel's service. He took out the carpets and washed everything thoroughly. It is a 2010 MY but now it looks 2016. So pleased, really happy with the service and Adel is a great guy. I finally met someone who's attention to detail is more than mine. THANK YOU HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Adel and his team have prepared a number of cars we wanted to sell for us as well as offering sound advice on various cars we have bought. I am convinced that their preparation of the cars - takes potential buyers to confirmed buyers as they gleam and shine when inspected. Highly recommended when selling cars and highly recommended when you buy a car that needs some tender care or protection.

Crystal Shine was recommended to me by a very strong and influential contact in the used car industry. I was told they are good but their prices are on the higher side.
I took my Nissan Patrol for a ceramic coating AKA paint protection as well as an interior cleaning and I wasn't disappointed one little bit. I gave them a short time frame to work with and they delivered with no compromise on quality. It is arguable that with hundreds of similar car care workshops in the UAE, their quality could be matched by someone else but being here for over a decade, I can assure you that you won't be able to find such customer service.
Adel, the owner is hands-on, he knows his stuff and is always available when you need him.

This is the ONLY place to go if you are a car guy/girl. Or if you simply love your car.
I've done several cars in other places, until I've got to know Crystal Shine in 2014.
I have re-sprayed my alloys, re-painted the leather seats once, and polished the car several times here.
The care and attention to the customers are second to none, as Mr. Adel, the owner is always present to access and clarify what is the necessary job for your car to be like-new again.
Whenever you need a simple wax, a deep polish, an interior deep cleaning, or simply a small restoration on your rims, dash, seats, etc; Pay these guys a visit. You won't regret it.

Crystal Shine Car Care has been one of the most restorative experiences I've had the pleasure of having. I visited the owner on a unfortunate endeavor. My car had been covered in concrete and gypsum. I called in to ask for an appointment and the owner, Adel, just asked me to come in after I told him of the misfortune. He treated me like a friend and a brother. Once polished and ceramic coated, my car came out better than the day I bought it. The smile on my face had reached my ears.
I call this experience restorative because Crystal Shine literally put the crystal back into my sports red color. And above all else, they restored my faith in humanity (might be a bit much, but for someone to drop what they have after hearing how down I was is hard to find in our current society).
So, I'm rambling on about how passionate I am about this company. I'd like to leave this with a quick finale - for any car related services, whether it be a wash to a polish to repairing, I highly recommend you visit Adel at Crystal Shine. Impleccable first impression where the owner himself greats you, walks you through their work samples and products. He made sure to understand the work I planed to do and ,in fact , did a sample polish (where others never bothered) to confirm.
On time delivery, first class work and you're made to feel part of the family. That's my experience at Crystal Shine. For them, you can see the passion , attention and care they give customers. Commercials are secondary, because it's almost guaranteed you'll come back.
Their after sale service is truly distinct. I was pleasantly surprised when I received through courier a new and" an ideal fit" car cover to replace the one I have. I did not ask for this as I had an old one in the trunk of my car. The owner noticed it wasn't the right fit when they started work on my car and sent me a new one free of charge.
Such client-focused quality service is made to last and is sure to generate repeat loyal clients.

A beautiful job has my car looking better than the day it rolled off the showroom floor. It was done with no prior notice and I had the car back in less than 24 hours. The owner/proprietor, Adel, made the difference though - it is rare (unfortunately) to find someone who really understands customer service and he certainly does. Very pleasant to deal with, clearly knowledgeable, experienced and honest with no hard sell. I'm very impressed.

Awesome service! Took the car in a few weeks ago, in advance of a sale they polished it up nicely, took care of some minor dinks and gave me some excellent first-time-seller advice. This included: "once delivered back to you (yes, they deliver!), don't drive it again until it's sold". This of course, I ignored.. and then proceeded to have a prang the day before my long awaited sale! Not a problem for these guys - they took care of the front bumper in just 24 hours, gave it another wash and polish and I'm selling this afternoon!
Can't thank Crystal Shine Car Care enough. Not far from the Oasis Centre. Seriously - if you ever have any problem with your vehicle, these guys could take care of it!response / report this review -
