  I paid for platinum subscription means I can use all machines and classes and pool
  Then they refuse to let me use some machines and give the priority for the private class.
  Very Bad attitude from the trainer which is totally not acceptable.
  They advertise that we can use all machines then don’t allow us to use some.
  Not recommended place.

  Very crowded and people all over the place. The workers hesitated to take me to the room, kept taking me back and forth. Did body scrub service, normal scrub, and got a rash right after it all over my body.

  I think one of the receptionist has to learn how to talk with the customer. I entered the saloon for my appointment and there was one young lady setting on the chair waiting for her appointment. The receptionist said to me this is your daughter even if she thinks she is look like me but not my daughter or she can said she is your relative?
  I don’t know what is her problem cause i’m 32 yrs old and what she said is not logical and not acceptable. It is rude what she said

  best spa experience i’ve ever had, staff was very welcoming and nice, their attitude was like no other. their moroccan bath is the best i’ve had, i loved their manicure and pedicure as well, their blow dry was so good and it lasted two days also!! will definitely be coming back

  At first glance the team at Oriental beauty Al Falah St. in AL Bateen area seemed cordial and friendly so I decided to give them a try and opted with the a morrocan bath. I asked Zeina (the receptionist ) for the basic one for 143 AED. I also asked if they accepted cash payments and she replied yes only later to say sorry we don’t have change. 🤨okayyy I said, it’s fine. She replied we can add it to your account. My account? Hmm except I’m not a regular client so not sure what she meant about that. I said no worries thinking it was two dirhams only and she didn’t give back the 5 AED. She asked me if I needed my receipt and I said yes please. And I noticed on my statement she charged 7 dirhams vat. Now for the Morrocan bath experience:
  The lady who gave me the bath was let’s say bubbly and pleasant. She asked me what type of Morrocan bath I wanted and I told her the basic one. She started slathering some type of soap that smelled horrible and told me sit down and that was it she left me in the steam room for what seemed like an hour (of course it wasn’t). After about 15 min I called her and said hello 👋🏼 I think you forgot me here… she replied ah ok “finished” ? She came and I specifically started to show show her a minor cut on my lower leg asking her to pls avoid it. It was still healing.. Only for her to later scrub it. 🤔 She apologised and I said ok no problem. It’s a human error she forgot. Ouch ! 😣
  So she did scrub well, and I appreciated that effort. All in all, definitely I’ve had better experiences with Moroccan bath elsewhere. I’m not sure why this particular place had outdated soap & poor quality. Proper Moroccan bath is well known for the technique as well as the high quality “organic ingredients.” So that’s it. Probably will not be seeing me there again. 😑

  Usually I visit Khalifa A branch, but there was no availability on that day. So I went to Albateen branch.
  
  My experience was so bad 😣
  The room was not ready or even tidy, when I entered the facial room. The blanket was on the chair, as if someone used it and through it there.
  
  However, the hair service was good, as well as the receptionist girls. Loved them
  
  This will be my last time to visit Albateen branch. The facial service does not worth the money at all.
  
  Not recommended at all, but I recommend Khalifa A branch.

  I have tried almost all the massage therapists over there and they are all amazing! My fav therapists in Abu Dhabi when getting muscle tense are Oracha and Hellen ❤️👌🏼 I also love the hair dresser Intesar in Khalifa city branch. She is so gentle on the hair . All the best

  I used their pool area and also had a mani/pedi, both great areas and great service! But when I once went for a simle hair cut (trim and fringes) it was a desaster. The hairdresser obviously wasn't properly trained. I went to another place right after for damage control. Shouldn't be like that.

  Booked for a mani&badi after the massage and they had me waiting more than 20 mints to start, waisted my time waiting where they could tell me that they are busy, even my appointment been confirmed before I start the massage
