  Just wanted to express how disappointed we are by the service and comments today from Bloomsburys. My husband pre ordered a mere 6 vegan cupcakes yesterday for my birthday today, and the order was confirmed. More than 24 hours notice given as required.
  Today they call him and say "the chef doesn't want to make them."
  He said he would call another branch but they said "this is the main branch and the chef is the same for all."
  
  What terrible service and a great way to spoil a loving, planned, birthday surprise.

  Really pleased with this service, just ordered a cake from Nigeria and it was delivered in 2 days in Abu Dhabi.
