The dentist was really nice and was able to explain everything clearly. The staff were also accommodating and helpful with regards to our insurance claim and booking with our appointment.

I had a very pleasant experience with dr.shaz and to the whole team of Oracare dental clinic!
Honestly, i am extremely scared of going to a dentist, But not anymore, till the time I have met Dr. Shaz. She put me at ease. She’s such an amazing and honest doctor. She will tell you what you really needs and will give you better and honest options for your dental health!
For me, i got 6 front teeth crowns done since that’s the best option for my case. Got worried at first, thinking how would they gonna look like since it’s a fronth teeth that we’re dealing to. But unexpectedly it turned into beautiful smile! I can’t stop smiling now! They made a huge difference to my smile! Considering also, it was a pain-free dentistry..response / report this review -

i went to oracare dental clinic and they have accomodated me so well from booking of my appointment, till got my treatment done by dr shaz.. the building is old but it's absolutely clean.. dr.shaz was so friendly and professionali've done fillings for my few teeth and it went so well and one thing i had appreciated mostly was that i didn't experience any pain at all..
i'm a keen observer so i did noticed their cleanliness of their clinic and all of the instruments/materials needed for my treatment have been open in front of my eyes.. that's why i'm really confident that i am safe with them absolutely, i highly recommend this clinic. been so comfortable with the whole staff.. well done guys! pretty sure that i will only come back with you guys!response / report this review -

I was in Dubai for a holiday and had this aching pain in my tooth. From a recommendation by a friend I visited Oracare. Dr. Shaz, was incredible. being overseas, I was skeptical, but I needed a root canal. She made it so easy for to understand the process and it made me trust her almost instantaneously. She was very skilled in her work and has great precision in the technique she uses. She genuinely cares about her patients, leading them to a speedy recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shaz to anyone in Dubai.

My dental problems began at a very young age and that's why I've always dreaded visiting the dentist. The friendly demeanor and the top class attitude of the staff at OraCare is something that has helped overcome my fear. I will definitely be back with friends and family.

Difficult to find the place, not a nice building with cockroaches outside the office and the corridor reeks of pesticide. Doesn't exactly forebode well for a place which is supposed to be all about hygiene. We had made a reservation but when we arrived at the designated time nobody had a clue and said they would be busy for two hours. This was probably a good thing as I didn't feel comfortable letting those people anywhere near me, let alone my teeth.

Not the best of experience. Dentist wasn't available at the appointment time. Staff didn't inform about cancellation. Wasted my 3 hrs. Disappointing.
