PASSENGER GOT BEATEN UP BY A DRIVER.!!
I just got beaten up by a taxi driver just because i told him to hold the payment machine properly. I told him to speak with manners to a customer. He told THIS IS NOT YOUR FATHERS CAR. As usual as a customer i take picture of his taxi number OT0202. Suddenly he stopped his car and came out to me and HOLD MY NECK TIGHTLY WITH HIS ARM AND THROWN MY WALLET AWAY AND TOOK MY PHONE AND SAID TO DELETE THE PICTURE I TAKE. As he knows I’m going to complain. By god’s grace someone came. So i got helped. How is it possible a customer got beaten up by a taxi driver in a country like this???? Using taxis over the last 3 years and this is the worst experience i ever faced.
Already complained to RTA. Hope i will get the proper solution.response / report this review -

be careful all my friends i work in one road taxi 2 years i i lose 2 years the company is new and the staff doesn't know anything all are cheap and ego the hr doesn't know anything even how to write in English and for driver its very headache they will cut from your salry 60% and if you get reed accident then will put 5000 to 10000 it's better you join professional company dubai taxi and national taxi its better even you resign and clear everything they will torture and delay your canceltion so my suggestion for all friend who doesn't know about this unprofessional company please 🥺 don't join this company they will tie your neck.
