  Recently took to taxi from airport and taxi driver was not happy to pick us as he was looking for European/ Arab customers and he didn’t he bother to help us when he asked by nationality. I am living in Dubai for 8 years and never seen a unprofessional taxi guy.
  
  He was repeatedly kept asking me which country my wife was from as covered with mask and asking unwanted questions and kept playing the music in higher volume.
  
  And I couldn’t see the taxi meter running and I paid him money and he never bothered to return the change, I didn’t mine and told him ok keep the change.
  
  Poor service as I never expected such approach in Dubai.

  Terrible global experience when arriving at DXB. We were conducted by rude DTC staff to their premium taxi service without any prior request. We have waited for more than 10 minutes while several hala van were leaving the airport with people originally behind us in the main taxi queue. Finally, the cost was more than 3 times higher than with hala taxi. And only cash payments were accepted. When I asked for a phone number to the driver because this process is a pure scam in my opinion, he refused to communicate anything and blamed me to not have taken attention at the airport. For sure the last time I used this below standards and overpriced service.

  Quality of drivers "not all of them" from bad to worse. I still remember prior to 2010 when it was all at one standard "high to very high" and they competed to do better. Now who cares

  Dubai Taxi is the most reliable sources of commute and its commendable the way government have maintained the decorum. You can approach this center for any issues related to your travel or book your commute. The staff is friendly and will help you out with a small amount of waiting period. There's parking space available and it's right beside the Qusais metro station

  the own taxi driver that is supposed any location got lost and didn t know how to arrive to my hotel. the amount added times 2 and we payed extra when we shouldn’t have. very unprofessional when any taxi driver is supposed to know any location. she didn’t even have google maps
