  A very professional outfit. The initial visit by Jo gave us a good deal of confidence int he organization. She was efficient and responsive during a challenging time when many things were changing. She managed to deal with our changing requirements and once we we had a date to move was able to sort out the timings so we were without our stuff for the minimum of time. The on the day packers were also very good protecting the breakables and keeping volume down effectively and the shipping, despite only being a partial load was carried out as forecast, arriving in the uK almost exactly as required. I would use again without hesitation.

  Really great experience with On the Move. The guys were on time, really lovely and most of all quick! We were moved out within 2 hours and they unpacked everything with care. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

  Great team! I used both their moving and storage service. The team is very professional, they packed all the furniture in less than 30 minutes and the price is affordable. Also, their customer service is flawless, timely responses and very transparent. I definitely recommend their services!

  I had the best experience with On The Move movers. From the very start, all communication was very timely and clear (Thank you Juliet!). On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and we were so impressed with how fast and efficient they were. Everything was accounted for and they handled to move so carefully and professionally, with absolutely no damages at all to any of my items. I highly recommend booking with this company, as the team is fantastic and so professional. Worth every penny!

  The movers were prompt and quick, however they were careless with my items and also marked a freshly painted wall in the new apartment, and damaged a picture frame. I contacted management but got no reply.

  This company could care less about your property. The movers broke the patio door on the move out, and their "Handy Man" - that we paid a large sum of money to have on site - had no idea how to fix the door and I was forced to get building FM to resolve the issue. As well, we had multiple items "lost" in the move - just down the street btw - and when we demanded answers, all we got was "sorry, you should have taken out our insurance policy" On the Move LLC is rotten service, rotten customer service, and a rotten company full stop. We're telling all of our network to avoid this company at all costs.

  A great service from start to finish. I have used this company twice now for moves and have found them to be highly professional and a very friendly bunch of guys who have taken care of my property and removed the stress of moving home.

  Not worthed at all to pay 1800 for one bedroom within Dubai and still get less than an average service, they damage 2 of my cabinet and they use a used cartoon boxes that were used before , shame i found many cockroach in the boxes, plus there is 0 attention to many details they hit the walls with the furniture they damage the wall in my new place, and they forget to assemble the shelves even I was having only one, plus they tend to live many things behind so you need to double check every time as they will estimate that it's garbage without even asking, , another thing ask for a clear quotation before paying the money I had to give up some furniture because they told it won't fit in one track and I need to pay extra for the second truck ,
  Reaaallly disappointed I told let's pay higher and get better service but unfortunately it's not the case with this company what make it worse it the cockroaches.
