Be careful!! Fake reviews! They will delay honouring the warranty when there is a manufacturer defect in their products. Also, their salesmen won’t allow you to talk to managers or owners to give a complain.
Update: June 29, 2022
In response to company’s reply: why would I call your staff again when I had already a an issue with your salesmen? You don’t make your clients complain about your staff behavior to the same staff whom you had a bad experience with! And by the way, your company’s email doesn’t work! I receive an error message whenever I send an email to that email address. It actually doesn’t matter since your emails are received by your salesmen who don’t have basics skills in dealing with upset customers.
Update: July 7, 2022
Office master sent their people on July 06, 2022 after so much delay. After examining the chair and promising to replace the seat pads, their salesman emailed us denying to be a manufacturer defect in the chair and asking money to replace the defective part even though we have sent them the photos and videos showing them the exact design flaw in their chair.
My advice is to be extra cautious when you are dealing with a suspicious company like Office Master if you don’t want to hate your life and go through all the hassle arguing with them since these high reviews and 5 star ratings for these types of companies are usually posted by their employees and fake accounts.

Office Master replaced the defective part in the chair. However, the management did not try to contact me to hear my feedback.response / report this review -

I have ordered a chair from them and the chair was damaged when it is arrived. The seller help me to change the chair without questioning. Overall satisfied with their service, thanks to KIM from the team for the good experience.
