  Mostufa and sabber is having very very very bad attitude and they are not recpecting any one, I understand that he didn't learn from back home who to talk to other and show recpect.
  
  Maintinace teams unprofessional including his Manger Ligo.
  
  I never seen any one contnuies with this company after one years becouse of commetment.

  one of the worst services from the staffs of the company I experienced in my life. They are thinking dey only in the earth for the property renting. No reply and no care about the customers. I dont kno y the higher management keeping this kind of people as their employees. I called 2 property consultant and their main office, I wasted my time. Called more than 10 times not even attended at least once by the consultant.

  I wish if there is option to rate Zero Star to do it here.
  Parking not available unless paid, slow service.
  Even though their duty up to 4pm employees stop accepting applications at 3pm. Every application takes long and employees are taking long time in each transaction as sometimes they are busy with other stuff (mobile, chatting etc.) In every visit I need minimum of 2 hours even not busy.
  I got my flat and supposed to get the maintenance ready in 7 days before moving to the flat, kitchen cabinets were fixed after 2 weeks even though the kitchen was not in a condition to stay in a flat like that (photo attached. today it is 42 days and not yet all done even we are following up.
  
  Just new update, still I didnt receive my deposit from my previous flat and after one month of waiting for the deposit they called me to say that my signature is not matching and I need to visit them to sign again and after signing will have to wait another 21 day till I get my money.
