My only problem with Obagi Medspa is with their communication. I have asked so many times to be included in the sms shooting for Botox Week, for example, and they keep ignoring my request. I don’t know if it is because they don’t want me to pay 50% off a service I would pay in full when the due date comes or if it is simply by not caring at all.

worst customer service and appointments system. Frustrating and not worth the money you pay for a luxury spa services.
