Great tea options. They deliver to almost all the DIAC buildings. They have outside seating which is good for winter snd evenings. They also serve inside the foodcourt if it is hot outside.

Great outdoor seating but bad when it is hkt because there is no indoor seating unless you sit in the food court. Also, not as many eating options as the other filli cafes have.

Decent place to hangout with friends. Zafran tea is amazing. DIAC cafeteria is nearby.

Great outdoor public place and nice neutral environments with ultra clean, fresh air. Also, The Tea 🍵 is very testy.
