I'd take this theater over VOX because the seats are more comfortable. Even if you don't get VIP seats, the seats are titled right so that you won't have a problem looking up at the screen.

Usually it is the most convinient to go to this time was really one of the worst times to be there. 1.The cinema had a really bad smell. 2. Some scenes that were not sexual were removed even though the same scenes are being shown in other cinemas ( Yes I saw the same movie twice). 3. If they removed the scenes for the sake of timings they could have removed some unnecessary time off the ads we paid to watch a movie not ads ! 3. They need to keep up with the variety of food as orher places they have big potentials to be on top but unfortunately it is not happening.

Went to experience the 4D cinema thoroughtly enjoyed unqiue experience for anyone who hasn't been yet but go for a good action/adventure flick to get some real fun out of it. All in all a good expereince.

Novo cinemas in festivals city mall it one of big cinemas networks in Dubai only owning by Alfuteem Group this cinema very big after the new extinction it arround 18 screen the food counters service a very good popcorn 🍿 and good drinks but with higher price it is so good 😊 but need more improvement for the staff service in front desk i am recommended this cinema for everyone and enjoy 😉

Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent cinema , but there are much bette options in Dubai.
The normal screens are small. You pay about 60 AED for the best seats and to be honest they’re a bit cramped and you’d get a much better experience for the same amount of money at Vox’s Imax screens best seats!

Snacks are fine but lacking in options
Don’t even attempt the cookies they were so bad I threw them out.
Over all if you’re there fine but if you have 10 minutes just drive over to Deira city Centre. Vox has a better cinema there.

Terrible cinema. Worst branch of Novo I've ever visited. 12 staff behind the counter and nobody actuslly doing anything. Unorganized and slow. Manager on duty actually called them dogs! What an environment

Always recommend this branch for Novo Cenimas over others because parking is almost always available. Well placed kiosks are provided to print out tickets for pre-bookings. Food could be better and the queues could be managed better. Refurbishment has liven up the atmosphere. Overall, highly recommended especially during weekends.

The worst cinema have ever tried
The normal seats are only the first 5 rows which are directly below the screen, so they make people buy vip tickets. Popcorn wasn't so fresh and has no taste, the cola tasted just like water. It was very hard for them to take our order in a correct way.
I wasted 5 cinema tickets yesterday at this place, were every thing was very bad.

I had a bad experience recently while watching movie from screen 7. The screen was already small and the video was half of that and the sound effect was not good enough to the standard. The seats are good and maintained well. But for good movie experience need to keep the standard size and quality.
