Hotel is located in the city not by the beach, area is full of construction. Staff is friendly. Food is nice but the buffet is small though. There is outdoor mixed pool and gym on the top. The sheikh zayed mosque is walkin distance. Nearby there are some food courts and nice restaurants. Rooms are clean, little old furniture.

In short,

Good location and good inside the hotel BUT,

1. valet parking are not guest welcoming or good in there job so better PARK Your OWN CAR.

2. Cleaning the rooms are nice but they do not change ur towels until u ask for.. SO ASK FOR IT.

What an awesome stay, true value for money. The hotel even surprised us since it was our anniversary and we have the Hotel Manager, Mr. Ghyath Fawaz to thank for this. We've traveled across Europe to multiple countries and in multiple hotels, but this was the best. The location was great and peaceful, with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent value for money, with a wide spread and friendly chef. We're definitely coming here again!

We were in Fujairah to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had booked standard rooms through dnata travels. We checked in late at around 8 PM. The manager at the reception told us that the standard rooms have twin beds and there were no king size beds. We then had to upgrade our rooms to Classic Suite by paying extra amount of money.
The stay was for two days and we had delicious spread for the breakfast each day. (It was complementary).The staff were good and friendly. The manager went ahead and gave a complementary massage coupon to me.
We had a good time :)

My friend and I stayed for one night in this hotel and we did not expect the quality of service we experienced. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a soft spoken Filipino receptionist and she was so accommodating. The hotel room we got was a studio-type for two but it was so spacious, clean and well organized. The toilet is very clean. The room was filled with a lot of amenities needed the stay. I would recommend this to others and I am looking forward for the next opportunity I can stay in this hotel. It is very accessible as its located beside the main road and the bus top for public transport is just in front of the hotel.
