The worst hotel stay I had in my life.such poorly maintained and dirty rooms.swimming pool was closed.our toilet door,internet had problems,I got the proof and yet nothing happened .irresponsible Maintainence staff and front office and are arrogant .the manager was not available and an escalation was never attended.this place shouldn’t be anyone’s choice as it’s not even worth driving from dubai.my rating is ZERO

I book for one night. Basically we’re going to sleep only me and my friend we’re traveling next day. The receptionist doesn’t want give two key card. And he wants keep our passport. And he gives the key after he makes me angry. And he’s shouting and raising his voice.
I’m just saying all truth and that was front of the bellman and other guests. Honestly I’ll do my best to bring this issue to the government side. Because I’m sure the Managment will do nothing.response / report this review -

Not a 4-star standard hotel, had a disappointing stay here. The staff weren't polite. Broken taps, leaking washroom etc. Basic amenities were not provided in room such as kettle/coffee maker.

Good hotel in very good place. Very good guest service.every thing they brought to us like boiler, iron and microwave.

Great value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean. Book rooms on higher levels to avoid noise from clubs. Air conditioning wasnt cool enough.

For the price it's cheap so it's OK , don't expect ur going to 5 star hotel ,

The club is too noisy at night until 4 am , if u going there and u want to sleep deep it's not a good choice unless u take high floor , I was in fifth floor and still
