Worst bank in the UAE. Payed my loan in full 2 years ahead of time and after 6 months still not received the clearance letter. Do not trust these people. Make sure everything is done through the proper channels and if you have to complaint do not go to the bank because no one will act on it unless they are threatened. Go straight to the Central bank and then someone will hear you.
