  Omar is great! I thought with the wide network that they have and a bunch of clients I will not be attended to, but Omar was very quick to help! Hope to have more Omar! 😊

  WORST INSURANCE EVER!
  
  Please do not get this insurance EVER!!
  
  I was informed that the hospital/clinic my wife was visiting for her pregnancy is not covering PCP patients because the insurance is not under coverage anymore. NEXTCARE never ever notified or updated me that they are not a part of the hospital/clinic anymore.
  
  When called nextcare - they simply said ‘we understand- but we cannot do anything - you will have to look at other listed clinics/hospitals’. How easy it is for you?
  
  They don’t understand how inconvenient it is for a patient. Disappointed

  I'm happy with it. All my concern has been attended and claim approval is very fast. More power and keep it up.

  Shameless company. They will do absolutely everything in their power to reject a claim and then not listen to you if you appeal it. Would not recommend if there were no other options available. I would rather have no medical insurance than use this company again
