They pride themselves as being startup friendly but they are no where near that. I dont recommend it for any startup business. There are many freezones out there much better and much cheaper.

ADGM has 0 customer service and is incompetent. We are a Swiss company and when it came time to cancel the visa of one of our employees, ADGM simply refused. After dozens of unanswered emails, they finally dropped it on us: pay another additional fee.
It reminded us, ADGM has a very tribal way of doing business which sets you back 50 years. I do not recommend ADGM.response / report this review -

ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Markets) is lucky Google offers at least 1 star ratings because they deserve 0 stars. As a Swiss citizen, when I first saw their offerings I was very convinced. Unfortunately the good architectural look is the only advantage ADGM can offer. Their customer service is very slow and primitive. You have to explain them through dozens of email the same over and over. Finally when you call - and if they pickup - they promise solutions and responses within 24 to 48 hours and nothing ever happens. As they are worried about bad reviews: then I hope this one will make them realize they need to up it up 200 notches and fire 99% of their staff. Don't deal with them, their process is archaic!
