I receive the token from the reception 20:44 pm now time 21:25 until now I am waiting outside 45 minutes they take to check the doctor

We have to take Token and wait for minimum 15 minutes to see the Front Desk staff even though you are the only person in the queue and they are sitting idle(or it seems like they are sitting idle).
Then they give token and send you to your doctor. Same story.Wait there for minimum 15 minutes even though there is no patient inside or outside doctor's room.
Very very bad. Things will get worse if there are patients waiting before you. No respect for patient's time.
The doctor I met and his treatment was fine.Satisfied with him.response / report this review -

Totally disappointed.and no professionalism at all
Mostly items are covere in insurance, but this hospital do not have facility to claim the same and charges addtionally..

Receptionist are sitting idle when patients are waiting in que. there are four receptions in which they call one at a time after every 15 minutes. Its pathetic. Why cant all 4 work at the same time. It’s annoying for many patients

Worst scene of professionalism and humanity, i have experienced today when i visited 2nd time to this hospital.
No respect, no courtesy, just one mission to earn money.

we went in for emergency cardiac arrest of my husband and in reception i confirmed if there is cardiologist available . they said yes . but first you consult GP we said fine then GP made few tests and told us to go to Qasimi hospital for it is severe case. we asked them y are they not allowing us to see cardiologist. after many request we came to know that cardiologist is having many waiting patients so dint want to send us back without earning money from us. this happened in rolla , sunny clinic.
in the emergency situation they are thinking about money. i hope this review will help . qasimi hospital is the best one can get.response / report this review -
