  There should be black point other than to put one Star here. 2 years back. There was certain balance in my E-Dirham card after due date. The money was taken by economy department. I have been claiming for more than 2 years. So far not solved. I was told there is a new procedure. And they don’t know how long it will take to complete!!!!!!

  So much time wasted there in waiting for finally a very poor results.
  NBAD is providing 1st class services in Abu Dhabi, but in Dubai the story is different you really feel that in this branch, employees are paid whatever they achieve.
  3 hours in queue to hear " sorry but the lady in charge is on leave, come back next week"
