  Very bad experience. Purchased VW wiper blades. They said it was original. The packaging was opened (They said it was not an issue) and the two wiper blades inside we of different part numbers. When I inquired they said it was not an issue as the part number on the part itself does not always match with the serial number mentioned in the package (Wrong Information). Eventually the wiper blade with the wrong serial number did not fit. They had to finally admitted the mistake and refunded me my money. The sales people acted as though this was normal and showed no empathy.
  
  Always make sure part numbers match and items are in their original packing.
  
  Never going back.
  
  RESPONSE TO REPLY:
  The driver side wiper blade that did not fit was inside the package that you claimed was for my car.
  
  I purchased the set from VW dealer, both part numbers (for driver side and passenger side we're same except for one digit) the driver side wiper in your package was completely different.
  
  My conclusion: The wrong driver side blade was placed I side the packing and sealed with tape. Probably by mistake.
  
  Thanks for refunding the amount. But I have lost confidence.
