  Namaste name itself is enough for everything..! For me Air ticketing and visa changes service was done in just by a call..! Highly recommended to everyone. Namaste..! Jai Nepal

  It’s worse Experience i ever had 🤬🤬!!
  Its been a 5 month already I didn’t get my refund money .not even updated us I keep on follow up but still same answer now a days they also stop answering call. Although i have a enough evidence that airlines already refund that amount to them but they are not returning us .
  
  I don’t recommend to this travel ..
  
  guys when's come to pandemic situation everyone searching is a opportunity to stole you .. and this is one of the them .. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Staffs and Manager are very unprofessional. They are only thinking about their profit. To be honest they don't know anything about customer service. Also they will fool innocent customers and lie a lot. They will play against customer feelings. I will recommend not to go to this travel. I really had very bad experience with them and I end up calling polish to solve my issue. I will never ever go to this travel again. Please be aware of them.

  Excellent customer service, staffs are very friendly. Air ticket and tourist visa is cheaper compare to other travel agencies. Staff spend adequate amount of time to find cheap and best ticket for you.Highly recommended.
