Well, I pretty much got scammed
Bought the pick up from store extension
by buying this I ran to every single issue you can run to, conflict, poor features, bad support and fake money back promise
1- it had a conflict with an existing extension I have, the one I have is crucial so I can’t play with it, I emailed FME support for the same, they asked for month to fix the problem, so that’s a poor support
2- I asked for my money back, they changed thier minds and said no problem will fix the issue for free
3by that time I’ve already contacted the other extension support, although it wasn’t their fault they fixed the problem, so I started to configure the extension
3- it just did not work for me, for many reasons, the way the data needs to be added and everything is mandatory and the poor documentation lead me to few ours if efforts but no point, so I decided it’s not for me
4- 10 days ago, I sent an email to their sales department explaining in details why I want my refund, I am still in the 45 days back guarantee, they replied saying we don’t want you to go we can fix the conflict with other extension, so basically they didn’t read my email as it mentioned a huge list of issues, the conflict is not one of them.
Until today, I have sent 4 follow ups. No reply no refund

Just want to leave a note to thank for your outstanding work. Unlike other web design companies in dubai, they are very careful regarding the deadline. For all my three projects they did completed them in specified time. Although there were some issue which they happily resolved. Recomended

A business friend of mine referred me to this web development firm as I needed to redone my website from scratch. A now they have completed what i asked them, I am in good position to say that these guys are amazing. The one thing that I found unique about them is that worked with me from very started, my input was the only thing that matter to them. They changed design so many time until I was satisfied.
