  This saloon is the worst saloon I’ve been to in Dubai. They have the most overpriced menu compared to other salons and on top of that they offer a very bad service. I went to do my mani pedi and the nail polish started looking cracked the moment it was applied (probably old). So after it’s done it looked bad so they suggested to redo it which made me sit their for another 45 min. Chose another color and the same thing happened. And of course they made me pay for it despite how bad it looks. Talked to the cashier that that’s not fair nor logical and said nothing but I’m sorry. Not going there again.

  Love the place and the staff. They Are so professional and polite. I got my lashes done and they are flawless now. Gonna come back for sure!

  Like the atmosphere there, people very polite and professional. I made eyelash extension with Brazilian blow dry.. Love it . And definitely gonna come back there .

  Bad service! They just try to upsell you from the moment you step in the salon. They dont know how to apply the color decently! Plus they are more expensive than other places! Not recommended at all!!

  booked for 12:45
  Washed my hair with Drinking Water Bottles as they ran out of hot water, after 90 minutes waiting.
  Kept me with damp hair for another hour albeit my booking.
  The store manager had to argue with the stylist in my presence , to actually start on me.
  Over priced as well, given all above and the bad result
  Will definitely never return.

  Such a nice team.
  Rokaya did my blow dry and it was lovely. Not too much volume and lasted for a few days which is unusual for a blow dry in Dubai

  I have never paid so expensive for a simple nail cleaning, the service they have done does not deserve even half the price, the spa next door charges half the price for the same quality, I will not make the mistake of using their services again , spend all the time offering you products to have the opportunity to increase your bill, when the place was empty, they did not have a single customer on Thursday afternoon , now I understand why
