The lady working at the parlour provided the wrong rates and we were forced to pay for services which we did not even fully use. We had to leave as we did not want to create a scene. Very unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this place.

This place is meant exclusively for ladies. Perfection and Pampering is a guarrantee during every visit. A beauty lounge that offers quality hairdressers, perfect nail bar to suit your style, an amazing night sky ambiance in the waiting room lounge, face and body care. Having been to several in the neighbourhood, while price for most routine selects are almost at par with others, the customer care offered here is no less than for a premium quality. Every hairdresser/nail therapist is good at attentive to detail, open to welcome and learn your expectations before they work with you and suggest if anything else might suit you even better. At the nail bar, you have a choice of nail colors to suit your package. I had been to few around and the nail lacquer could not stand for long (within the similar budget). The manicure and pedicure is good to decent average, well; I am not too regular into this and add on hardly few times in a year. Facecare certainly is of a great quality and is good value for money. I had been in DSO for over five years for now; and must appreciate that quite a few of the staffs over here have been associated for all these years. This speaks volumes about the high standards for care and the reason for better belongingness. Highly recommended! Only wish if they could initiate package offers anytime in future or special waive-off for frequent visitors over a duration of time. That move would be greatly welcomed.

the only good thing about the place is priya, who does the waxing. the staff is rude, untrained, and regularly makes you wait 20-30 minutes for your appointment. their hair stylists and colorists are also quite horrible and their mani pedis are really mediocre. i was going here because of the convenience, but sakura, by choitrams is much much better.
