  The Doctor just wad busy typing and didn't seem interested to ask question to know my issue and secondly he didn't even do a physical ckeck up. It looked as if he was doing a charity. I'll never ever visit NMC again. Never in my life. Really a sad experience.

  The receptionist at GYNE department was so rude, i am patient at gynecology department i just call just to ask some appointment but this man in the phone his was so uneducated while i am still talking about my question he is telling if you want you can come 4:30 . How come i can come without any appointment i ask her and he said that only i give you 8pm while is shouting at me .,what kind of patient service he have? They dont know how to speak nicely in the patient..

  Went for a routine eye exam and paid my insurance copay. The doctor never gave me my prescription (which is very low and only for very occasional use such as night driving or times of exhaustion) for my glasses! Tried to tell me I needed additional test for dilation-- I am in my thirties, don't have diabetes, don't have high blood pressure absolutely unnecessary.

  The receptionist at GYNE department was so rude, i am patient at gynecology department i just call just to ask some copy of my pentacare approval since the PHD laboratory need it but the receptionist was so uneducated he just put the phone while i am still talking about my request. what kind of patient service he has?

  Excellent service by the Doctors and the Front Office towards the patients by NMC Medical Centre Al Wadi.
  Management is very poor in implementing effective measures to Appreciate and Motivate employee's and contribute towards the Happiness Department initiative taken by the Ministry of State for happiness by UAE government towards the mission to have happiness and positivity as a lifestyle and the higher purpose of government work in the UAE.
