Amazing hospital with incredible staff. They're fast and efficient, with the best doctors and nurses. The whole place feels like a 5 star hotel with a 10 star medical staff.

I moved from nurse to doctor to labs to pharmacy, all in a matter of an hour, with kind, helpful answers at every stop.

I've despised going to medical facilities for years, but that all changed today. I don't think I've ever cared enough to write a Google review about any place, but that all changed today too.

If you look to the building then you will rate them 5 stars but when you get inside you expect to get the same , it is not.

Went there three time and every time said to my self the next will be better as they are new but nothing has been changed

Unprofessional staff to handle the patient
Some doctors have problems with the Higeen
Most of the time the doctors not available
Rating them tow stars only for the building
I complain on their reception no body care even

Im happy with many doctors such us dietitian, ER, and laser. The most helpful staff is Mr. Rajeesh for customer service he will arrange and solve any admin or appointment issues efficiently and very kindly.

One of thw worst ever hospitals in Al Ain. Greedt for money. Very poor service. The reception does not know who is the doctor on duty. They tell you a name of the doctor. But inside the room a different doctor. They did a full blood check up. Cholestrol and blood sugar is not there.

This hospital has so much potential, they have the best equipment, experienced doctors but the nurses are the problem. I am myself a nurse and I understand how difficult it can be to juggle with >5 patients. But basic nursing care and infection control is crucial to recovery. My IV line was kept the same for 3 days. Nurses were removing IVs gloveless. At times the line was kept open until they fetched whatever they needed. No handwashing observed. No proper handling of sharpes, needles left over on my bedside table were I eat on more than one occasion. Injecting of medication into IV without communication with patient or labelling of the bottle. Very little communication, poor bedside manners.

The doctors are very efficient on the order hand, I am very thankful to them.
Aesthetically the hospital is very nice, shiny and new, but alot of work is required on the direct patient care.

Quiet literally the worst hospital experience we've ever had. Despite being the only patients it took them 2 hours to see us and then they kept us waiting another hour before the doctor finally did the 2 minute procedure.

Shiny halls not a hospital make.

Until the service is improved here, I would recommend you choose a different health service provider and save yourself the misery.

Worst hospital ever, no patients and even though they take 1 hr to see the doctor in emergency.
Secondly in whole hospital no Arabic speaker or any nurse can speak arabic. We are in Arab country UAE and we cannot find someone speak Arabic.

When you go to hospital it is like you go for commercial company not hospital.

So the patient will be died if he can not speak Aurdo or English.
