The ugliest hotel in history .. The service is less than zero .. The reception is very bad The workers are not clean.
We asked for a room with two beds .. The workers sat an hour changing the bed .. When the workers came, we tried the bed, it was not comfortable .. We asked to leave the hotel immediately .. The receptionist refused to return the amount while insisting that the hotel is not of the standard .. He suggested that I change the room to his room The second one was also with the same specifications It is now 3:30 in the morning and we cannot sleep because the bed in the new room was not twin the same problem as the first room. !!!! My rating is very bad
