  This SRTIP park just recently opened. The aim of the park is to promote science and technology businesses & start ups in Sharjah.
  
  I had the pleasure of working in this park for 4 months as a Sheraa Fellow.
  
  I would come in every day for the past 4 months and I absolutely loved my experience.
  
  The receptionists are kind. There is a little coffee stand called Soi cafe and the barista Anthony is amazing.

  No support for new owners, you won’t get reply for weeks or months. If you contact Social media, no response then email partners relationship, no response!!!
  At the same time social media is busy marketing as well as partners relation marketing via emails for their growth but not yours if you take license from here!!
  
  You won’t receive even one call until almost a year from them to help you in anything or to even know you!!
  Disappointing, this causes major confidence loss for fresh entrepreneurs..

  The concept is really good. Incubate businesses and promote technology transfer with a lot of options to collaborate. Nice architecture and infrastructure. Is developing into a knowledge hub for the region.

  It is good place to start your own business or startup. State of the art facilities. Nice building design and comfortable offices. Opportunities are available to connect with various tech companies from around the world.
