More than happy to charge renewal fees but will take 2 weeks to provide quotes for maintenance work. Wouldn't recommend using this company for anything especially property management. Customer service is also awful and has been since day one.

Highly recommend Move In Dubai! It was a refreshing change to deal with a company that actually went out of their way to make getting a new apartment and moving so stress free. Brilliant service, very impressed indeed.

1- Unpoffesional employees dealing with customers specially during my visit to their office .

2- Zero punctuality in submitting and delivering paper work with regards to tenancy contracts .

3- Lacks credibly in customer services employees ten to give customers false informations.

By all means avoid dealing with move in Dubai and search for a proper agency as clearly they are one of the worst to deal with in all aspects .

We have worked with Move in Dubai since the handover formalities on the acquisition of our property .Being non residents ,Move in Dubai has managed our property for over 6 years - rentals, maintenance , and the subsequent sale, where they found the buyer , negotiated the sale terms and took care of the formalities. During these years , we have felt very comfortable with all the people we have dealt with at Move in Dubai and would highly recommend them;we wish Helen and Andrew all success.

Agree with the review by Dennis. The day I went to see the apartment, the agent never showed up, and was told to enter and give them feedback after seeing the apt. I moved in to an apt that was not painted, no access cards for almost two months, and a leaking AC. I paid 4,000 aed deposit. I stayed in the apt for 4 years paying them 1 check (always on time). When time came for me to move out from the apt, I got slapped with ridiculous charges (ex: $300 for light bulbs, got charged for a damaged access card despite receiving only one and paying for the other card from my own money. They received two cards back).i recommend working with more reputable companies. Lesson learned.

At time of giving them money for security deposit they took without question , when the time came to get the security deposit back they slapped me with their procedures which has got nothing to do with refund. Worst agency in Dubai I have the misfortune to deal with on my first year here.

I have been dealing with Move In Real Estate for almost more than 5 years. I have had them managing my multiple properties in Dubai and they never failed to deliver. Mr. Andrew Kirby, Managing Director, is always approachable and sincere in his efforts. They rented out and managed my units from IMPZ to Downtown Dubai and always made sure that all the procedure is properly followed. Not only that but they also sold a property for me at the Greens, which they did a brilliant job by coordinating with a oversea buyer. I can give many other examples , in short for me they are ' The Best Real estate agents and company in Dubai ' . I wish them all the best.

Amazing helpful staff. Helped us with all the small admin jobs that are always really time consuming. Dealing with other agencies when we've moved in Dubai before has always been a chore however that wasn't the case with these guys, felt properly cared for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
