Completely unprofessional and incapable of dealing with the simplest problems that occur in the apartments they manage. Avoid them

My wife and I recently rented the apartment from Darshan an agent from Taktical Realty Group, we moved in on the 14th of August but we have a series of problem ranging from the lack of information form the Agent to the apartment delivery.
The lack of information started when we were offered an apartment that was owned by an Iranian person that did not have all documents required banks. therefore not fulfilling the bank requirements as Iran is a country under sanctions. This situation was very uncomfortable, as the bank froze our accounts and let us in a very unpleasant condition, forcing us do an Transaction with Taktical (which I will not cite here ) that made us very unhappy and uncomfortable, other wise we would lose our 4.000 AED deposit.

We needed to move in on the 11th of July, but Darshan asked us 3 more days to clean and repair the apartment, and we had to extend our stay in the hotel what costed us around 600 EAD.
On the 14th we were supposed to move in but the apartment was not clean or either repaired, during a conversations with the building consigliere I was informed that I needed a License Permit to be able to move in to the building, but Darshan never mentioned it. I had to go to the Emmar office to apply for this license which would take up to 48 hours to be issued. During the Application Emmar Office informed me that there were some bill payments pending and they would not Issue this licence until this bills were paid. I stayed in the EMMAR office until Darshan made the payment and gave me a confirmation number. I had to pay 60 EAD for parking.

Darshan handle us only the keys and an invalid access pass that cannot be activated without a transponder, we never received the transponder therefore we do not have access to the parking, for this whole week every time I need to come in, I had to call the Security, explain the whole situation as ask them to come and open the gates, this already became a hassle, I started to be harassed by the securities every time I come to the building.
Regarding the cleaning, Darshan told me that he had hired a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment, and he guaranteed they would finish it by 6:00pm, I retuned to the building just to find that the company he had hired had sent 2 Ladies that did not spoke English and without any documents and the consigliere did not allow then to come in. I had to liaise with for a long while asking many favour for him to let them in.
When they came in the lady informed me they did not bring any cleaning material, I contacted Darshan and he told me to market and purchase what they needed and later he would reimburse me, (he didn't), it costed 322 EAD.
To make matter worse they were hired for just 1 hours, and one hour were not enough to clean the apartment, asked them to finishing but they had other jobs to go and couldn’t stay.

Next day after many phone call and a lot of stress, Darshan sent 2 ladies to finish the cleaning, but he hire them for only 30 min, and it also was not enough to clean the apartment and as before, they did not want to finish. My wife and I had to finish the cleaning ourselves what took us more than 2 hours. 

Regarding the repairs;

Darshan contracted a handyman to do the repair and gave me his phone number, forcing me to have to deal with the guy, the guy never picked up the phone and was very had to communicate with, and I had to chase him for couple days before he showed up, and when he showed up he didn’t even have proper, leave 

I have been contacting Darshan for the last week and he keep saying that he will send the guy to finish the job, but the guy never showed up, and I don’t want to have to chase this guy and beg him to come back to finish the job.
When we contact the office to ask for help they simply said, "you have to talk to Darshan, he is the only one that can help."
And they hang up on me.

Be very careful. The Pakistani management of the company practices a wide range set of the dirty illegal scams with unexperienced teenants and buyers.
If you are searching for the professional and transparent real estate service this is definitely NOT your company or be ready to spend your time appealing for justice in Dubai court or Dubai Rental Committeeresponse / report this review
