  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE ! Absolutely awful customer service with no accountability or professionalism or sense of how you treat premium clients. I’ve bought a product from the new collection, in less than 2 weeks it got ruined, I sent it to this shop, 3 weeks now, no feedback, and every time I go there to ask if there is any progress, they say we will let you know. Disaster BOUTIQUE

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Absolutely awful customer service with no accountability or professionalism or sense of how you treat premium clients. The manager is especially terrible with little knowledge of the Mont Blanc customer experience expectations.
