  Janice and Richel were amazing, lovely, kind and patient! I got the protein keratin treatment at my hotel, and they turned up on time and executed the treatment perfectly! It took around 5 hours, and I never once felt bored. We had to move to the balcony due to excess smoke coming from the straightener as they had to use it on treated, damp hair, and they were quick to move all equipment to the hotel balcony to avoid the alarm going off. I had also stated prior that I didn’t want shampoo, so they didn’t bring it to the hotel, however after treatment I changed my mind and they called the wonderful lady working at the office, and she sent the shampoo and conditioner the next day! Definitely recommend.

  I use home services from Mirrors salon.
  Most of the staff are well experienced and do a great job! They have all the necessary products with them.
  However the driver is never punctual, always late. Sometimes 30 minutes late.
  And would like salon to reconfirm the timings, requested services and number of technicians to be sent to avoid confusion.
  Thank you.
  I’d recommend this place for home services .
  Use Groupon for better prices.

  I did my normal pedi and gel mani at the newly opened Mirrors branch in IBN Battuta with Bella. She did a great job with both and I feel satisfied with her work. The equipment are highly maintained, areas are sanitised, staffs are extremely cautious of cleanliness and customer service is of high standard. I recommend this branch for all who are looking for a quality service but at the same time budget-friendly salon👌
