It's been almost 8 years since we got our water purifier installed by them , and I must say never have we ever faced any issues so far ! Very prompt and efficient service they provide. Their executives are also very cooperative and competent! Highly recommend them !

I have been Water life Technology’s water purifier for more than an year. Absolutely happy with the product and the service. The maintenance and service team including Mr. Ratheesh do a really good job through quick turnaround for service requests and periodic filter changes. Even when I forget about the filter change, they will call and remind about it and do the service within 1 working day.

We are using their service for more than 3 years now. Service is very good and prompt. Especially Mr Hamid does a good job and he follows up on any complaints raised and attends on time.

This is a great product and the after sales service is excellent . We have been using their service for over 3 years and very happy with it.
Special mention to Nadeem who does an excellent job in timely and prompt replacement of filters and is very professional in his approach.response / report this review -

I have been a customer for 5 years. Great service at good price. They call a day or two before coming for routine filter change. Filter has been working fine, only few times I had to call for support and they were very responsive.

WORST PRODUCT EVER !!@!@# Always choose any branded companies than cheap products. I've been using this product for last 6 months at my company, There is leakage and the TDS is always above 200 even after i changed the filters.Their service is terrible..infarct, line water TDS is 75 and after purifying the TDS shows 110+ .. Another problem with this company is that their filters are not available in the local market !!!(you can clarify this with the company) the only supplier of this particular filter is the company only. So, I would highly recommend not to buy this product. Better choose MILANO or KENT.
