I bought a PC from them and it just was an amazing experience!
The PC assembly by Mohamed was really great with high quality parts, very polished and clean, neat wiring and all additional software already installed. He also answered some questions I had very quickly on whatsapp.
Tech support was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Purchased 2 items, one of the items i ordered was out of stock. I was informed after the purchase that it wasn't in stock. I told them to deal with it since it shows that it's in stock. Admirably, they dealt with it and got me the item as promised.
I was delivered the items today (1.5 hours later than scheduled by the courier), I opened the boxes as soon as I received them and found out one of the items was damaged (keyboard with a faulty switch)
I contacted them and they asked me to send them a video on whatsapp as to what the fault looked like. So I obliged them with a video of the faulty switch in action to which they said "Ok send it back". I called their courier who said "i'm busy ill pass by later" and he isn't answering his phone 2 hours after the fact.
They sell good products, but as soon as they get your money they won't follow through with your concerns. Their manager seemed like a fine gentleman but the rest are absolutely unprofessional who can't commit to any standards in customer service.
They could easily order a new item send it to me and i exchange mine back to the courier, but they would rather you send it back first because trust issues I guess.response / report this review -

Very VERY good service! Anything pc gamer related this shop has! TONS of motherboards and GPU’s. Just bought my monitor and keyboard from there today! The man that helped me was very much on the ball and knew exactly what I was talking about. Would definitely come back when I next visit Dubai!

Good shop. Pretty good prices. Great staff. Parking is horrible, but I really can't be negative to the shop because the boss picked a location without easy parking. Park across the street, in the dirt lot. yes, the security guard will actually take 10 AED from you for this! Then, you will have to jay walk since there is no crosswalk nearby. Watch out for the cops, in Dubai they will ticket you 250 AED for not using the crosswalk! After you get your PC fix go across to the Coffee Club for caffeine fix :-)

Small computer store, but good selection if you order online, and just go there to pickup. Parking is a nightmare in at this location, so try and park down on the road, inserted of going up to the parking next to the shop

I don't know of a better place in Dubai to buy PC components appart from Souq. Some parts are cheaper than Souq, some are not (graphics cards) you have to check individually. But you really will not get scammed on prices there and the customer service is quite good if you require any help

IBad customer service when returning faulty products. I’ve spent over 6000 AED on computer equipment in the last month at the store and they won’t even replace a 150AED set of speakers for me. Makes you wonder what problems I will run into when replacing future faulty items.

I have put my laptop for back up and format . The next day i called to check the status they told me they don t have an external hard disk to accomodate my 650 gb data ( knowing that we are talking about a computer shop)so they didnt do anything . And you must wait at least half an hour to find a parking.
