  I went yesterday to e max Ibn batuta,,, excellent working staff from the sales men to the cashiers,,,, I was impressed with a very cooperative philipino employee named Wendell on how dedicated he is to give clients the best service and help,,,,, when you want to buy electronics, give E max a visit ,thanx E max

  On the 9th September I bought a tablet Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus at Emax inside the Dubai Mall. The same evening, as I was unboxing it I found the screen was broken in a corner. Therefore I packed it and brought it back to the Emax. Wellafter 2 weeks I received a new one! Thank you very much!

  On the 9th September I bought a tablet Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus at Emax inside the Dubai Mall. The same evening, as I was unboxing it I found the screen was broken in a corner. Therefore I packed it and brought it back to the Emax. Well.. I've been waiting for a replacement since the 10th September! This is really annoying!

  The most pathetic service I have ever seen. Given my phone for a small repair as I paid an amount for extended warranty and they would not give my phone back for over 3 weeks and would not respond to any phone calls. Upon responding once, they said that since it was on extended warranty, it would take longer. I do not understand the logic behind this as I paid for the warranty and would expect a quicker response on the repair. Horrible experience EMAX. Let me down to level 0, in fact, negative expectations from you guys.
