Taxi drive brought me to the wrong location and left me there. I ended up waiting 10 mins for a Hala taxi. 30 minutes late for a meeting. Why couldn't he use the satnav if he didn't know. I have the receipt but not the taxi number.

PLS HELP ME REPORT THIS DRIVER OF UNIT MT07, WHO DROVE ME FROM AL QUSAIS THIS MORNING GOING TO INTERNATIONAL CITY. WHEN I HAND HIM THE PAYMEN OF MY BILL WHICH IS ABOUT 32 AED, HE REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY 200 DIRHAM BILL COZ HE DONT HAVE CHANGE. SO I TOLD HIM TO MOVE TO THE GROCERY NEARBY AND ASK FOR SOME CHANGE. WHAT HAPPENED WAS, HE WANTED ME TO GO DOWN THE TAXI AND ASK CHANGE FROM THE GROCERY. FORGET ABOUT HIM BEING A GENTLEMAN!! BUT ISNT IT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND THE CHANGE TO GIVE TO THEIR PASSENGERS???????
I COULD'VE RAN AWAY AND NOT PAY THE BILL!!!

I asked the services of this company to transfer a friend of mine from Dubai to a certain address in Sharjah. Before reaching the address the taxi driver started suggesting my friend to take another local taxi in Sharjah, although the given address was easy. The driver claimed his navigator does not work. Also when I asked his mobile number in order to give it to Metro Taxi control room for further help the taxi diver claimed that he does not have a mobile. I do not know about the company but that particular driver was not reliable at all.
